Accessibility findings — subject business

§ 4 Findings, by severity
§ 11 Evidence
What you get
One business, one document, containing confirmed findings with dated evidence for each and a citation to the specific standard the business fails. There is nothing to assemble and nothing to verify before you can put it to work.
Severity comes first, then the standard each finding fails against, then a dated screenshot showing the barrier as the visitor encountered it — so a partner can read the opening page and know whether the matter is worth their time.
A typical brief runs 23 pages and carries 38 confirmed findings supported by 30 screenshots, and everything in it passed a human analyst before it reached you.

Section 14 is written for the expert on the other side. It records the method, the tools and their versions, and the full review record, so a challenge to the work can be answered from the document itself. Read the full methodology.
We handle discovery, examination and review. You receive finished work.
You name the state and the industry, and we search that market for businesses whose public websites are likely to carry barriers, keeping a record of every site we look at rather than only the ones that fail.
Every candidate is opened in a real browser on both a computer and a phone, and each barrier is captured with a dated screenshot showing exactly what a visitor encounters.
A person reviews each issue and removes anything that cannot be confirmed, which usually accounts for about two thirds of what the tools produced. What survives that review is what you receive.
The finished document arrives ready to read. Whether a matter is worth bringing is your call, and always has been.
Sites are driven in a real Chromium browser at desktop and mobile viewport sizes, evaluated against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with findings attributed to the page that rendered rather than the address requested before any redirect. Tool versions are recorded per examination and printed in the brief so a result can be reproduced.
Discovery runs at state level, since city-name matching silently drops candidates wherever an administrative division and a locality name disagree. Searches stop when a candidate target is met or a site ceiling is reached, whichever comes first.
The methodology page covers all of this properly, including the review record printed in every brief.
We document public-facing websites of businesses operating in the United States. We do not take on foreign sites, private or password-protected systems, or mobile applications.
Full scope and coverage, including which states are open, what we examine, and what a finding is and is not.
