We send a sample brief for your market before any conversation about money. Read it, show it to a partner, and decide from there.
Plans are invoiced monthly and billed by email. No card is required to start, and you can stop at the end of any month.
What firms ask before they start.
What happens to briefs I do not use?
Nothing. There is no obligation attached to a brief, and no expectation that you act on any particular one. Several of our briefs end with the business fixing the problem, which is the outcome we would choose.
Can I choose the industry and the state?
Yes. You name the jurisdiction and the kind of business, and we work that market. If you want to change direction mid-month, tell us and we will.
Do unused briefs carry over?
Talk to us. We work with a small number of firms and we would rather find an arrangement that fits your practice than hold you to a number that does not.
Will another firm receive the same business?
No. A business we document for you is not documented for anyone else. Ask us about exclusivity in a market and we will tell you plainly what is already committed there.
What if a finding does not hold up?
Tell us and we will investigate it, explain what happened, and correct it. Our record is the only argument for this service worth making, so we would rather know.
